Terms & conditions
Booking
A booking is confirmed when we've replied with the price and you've accepted it in writing. Rates are per room per night, with breakfast, Wi-Fi and taxes included, except the city tourist tax, which is paid on arrival.
Payment
We ask for 30% to hold the room, by card or bank transfer, and the rest on arrival in euros, dirhams or by card.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: we refund the deposit in full. After that, the deposit is kept. If you don't arrive, the first night is charged.
Arrival & departure
Rooms are ready from 14:00 and should be free by 11:30. Tell us if you arrive late or leave early: we'll keep your bags and there's always tea.
In the house
The riad is non-smoking indoors. Children are welcome in the Argan Suite and the Yasmine Room. Pets can't stay, for the sake of the garden.
