Who we are
Riad Al Ersa is a guesthouse at Derb Al Ersa, near Place Assarag, Taroudant 83000, Morocco. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website and during your stay.
What we collect
When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your dates and your message. During your stay, Moroccan law requires us to record your passport details for the police register.
How we use it
Only to answer you, prepare your stay and meet our legal duties. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing unless you join our newsletter, which you can leave at any time.
How long we keep it
Booking messages for two years, then they are deleted. The police register is kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@riadalersa.com and we'll answer within a month, under Moroccan law 09-08.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small flag so the opening animation plays only once per visit.
