Zitoun takes its colours from the old olive tree it looks down on: sage velvet, sand linen, a leather pouf. The ceiling is the traditional one, cedar beams laid with reed, which keeps the room cool in summer.
There's a reading corner by the window, with books about the Souss that guests have left over the years.
